GlasWeld Promotes Plumb to Director of Sales & Business Development
Plumb to focus on major accounts while streamlining the sales and
business development process.
Plumb was previously a Project Manager for GlasWeld with an emphasis in scratch removal contracting and consulting. He brings a broad range of technical expertise to GlasWeld. His experience in the building industry runs deep as the owner of his own design/build company, and as a director at one of the nation’s largest homebuilders.
Plumb studied civil engineering at California State University Long Beach. He understands business, budgets and deadlines, and works to create solutions tailored to each individual project or customer. His prior position as GlasWeld’s project manager has allowed him to understand the needs of our industry from the inside out. “I’m looking forward to continued growth at GlasWeld. Understanding industry needs will allow our sales department to offer quality products tailored to fit the reality of every day demands, at a price that fits any budget,” states Plumb.
With almost two decade’s worth of experience in major construction projects, Brad has a wealth of expertise relating to manufacturing problems and solutions, and the business savvy to relate to entrepreneurs. He has worked extensively with architects and commercial builders up and down the West Coast. He spent time as Director of National Contracts for one of the largest residential construction firms in the United States and is very experienced at conducting large training sessions and working hands-on with large-scale projects. Brad enjoys providing solutions, and demonstrating the financial and environmental benefits of glass repair.
